About me and NeoAgentix
I spent twenty-five years doing things before I started writing about them.
Naval Academy. Naval Aviator. Logistics manager for DC Public Schools. Executive casino host at Caesars. Sales and business development at Galaxy Gaming, GameCo, and Interblock. Now Country Manager for US and Canada at Win Systems, a gaming technology company, where I'm responsible for building a market from scratch while managing clients, operations, and a team across two countries — mostly from airports and hotel rooms.
Somewhere in the middle of that, I became obsessed with productivity systems. Not in a productivity-influencer way — in a "I have too much going on and I need a system that doesn't fall apart when I'm on my fourth flight of the week" way. I ran through Franklin Covey, GTD, Bullet Journal, Focus Course, and a dozen hybrids. They all worked for a season. They all eventually died.
The system that finally didn't die came from an unexpected direction: I was building an AI agent platform and noticed the development workflow was doing everything a productivity system is supposed to do — automatically. So I applied it to my actual life. That experiment became the founding insight behind NeoAgentix.
NeoAgentix is an AI implementation consultancy and solutions provider I'm building as a side project. The methodology uses lean and continuous improvement principles to help mid-market businesses find the right AI solutions and implement them in ways that actually stick. The tools are self-hosted, model-agnostic, and built on the same patterns I use daily. The blog documents the build — what works, what doesn't, and why.
I'm not a researcher. I'm not a theorist. Everything here comes from building and running things in the real world. If that's the kind of writing you're looking for, subscribe below.
